Hassle Free Returns

We understand that sometimes items will need to be returned. You may return your purchase for any reason for up to 30 days of receipt.

To return an item:

  1. Please email customerservice@OfficeChairsOnDemand.com or call us toll-free at 800-261-7525 with your order number, and the item number of the product(s) you are returning to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address information.
  2. Package your return using the box you received your order in. Please note that all returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise additional charges may be applied.
  3. Return the product using a trackable shipping method such as UPS or FedEX and ship them to the address provided along with your RMA number.
  4. Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, any refund received will be less the cost of the original shipping and handling charges. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original order.

Damaged Items

If you’ve received a damaged shipment contact our customer service department right away. You will need to email a photo of the damage along with the order number and contact information. We will determine the best way to take care of the problem. The simplest way may be to provide a replacement part or in some cases a complete replacement. We reserve the right to determine how to correct the problem. If sending a replacement item is determined to be the best remedy, we may also send a pre-paid UPS Return service label to return the damaged item. Damaged items not received in 10 business days of receiving the UPS Return Service label will be charged for the entire price of the replacement item.

Exclusions

Some items are non-returnable. All items that cannot be returned are marked as non-returnable on the item’s product page.
